By creating an account or using Mom Loves It Here, a service of Ivana Evans Coaching ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Mom Loves It Here is for adults; it isn't intended for children to create accounts.

What the service is

Mom Loves It Here is an AI-assisted planning and support tool that helps working moms think through priorities, family rhythms, communication, connection, career and life decisions, and related personal planning. We hope it helps, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome.

AI-generated content

Some responses are generated with artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not right for your situation, so please weigh it with your own judgment. Don't rely on it as your only source for decisions where professional expertise or immediate safety matters.

Not professional advice

Mom Loves It Here offers general planning, educational, organizational, and reflective support. It isn't a substitute for individualized medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial or investment advice, emergency services, or other licensed professional services. If you're facing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Using sharing and reminder tools responsibly, and only providing another person's contact information when you have an appropriate reason

Subscription and free trial

For members who receive the Founding Member offer: membership starts with a 7-day free trial, and a payment method is required to begin. There's no subscription charge during the trial. After the trial, the membership is $9.99/month plus any applicable tax, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Prices and promotional or founding offers may differ for future customers. The price shown to you before checkout is the offer for your subscription, and founding-member pricing is governed by the offer presented to and accepted by that member.

Cancellation

You can cancel online anytime from Profile → Manage Subscription & Billing, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Canceling stops future renewal charges. If you cancel a paid membership, your access normally continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. If you complete cancellation during your free trial, before it converts, you won't be charged for the first subscription period.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments already charged are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@ivanaevanscoaching.com.

Changes to price or service

Prices and features may change in the future. Changes that affect an existing paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and will never retroactively change amounts you've already paid.

Intellectual property

Mom Loves It Here, its original software, branding, design, frameworks, written materials, prompts and instructions, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Ivana Evans Coaching, except for your content and third-party materials.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give Ivana Evans Coaching only the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and use your content to operate and provide the service to you. We don't use your content for marketing.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the service unlawfully, try to compromise its security or gain unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, abuse other users or people you send things to, or use it to violate anyone's rights.

Availability and changes

The service will change and improve over time and may sometimes be interrupted. We can't guarantee it will always be available without interruption.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Ivana Evans Coaching won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without overriding any consumer protections that apply to you based on where you live.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service anytime and delete your account from Profile (an active subscription must be canceled first). We may suspend or end accounts for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
