This policy explains what information Mom Loves It Here collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it plain and honest.
Mom Loves It Here is a service provided by Ivana Evans Coaching, based in Pennsylvania, USA. Questions about privacy? Email hello@ivanaevanscoaching.com.
Depending on how you use the app, this may include:
You decide what optional personal context to share. The app works with whatever you choose to give it.
If you create an account with email and password, we keep your email and a securely handled password credential through our authentication provider. If you choose Google sign-in, Google confirms your identity and shares basic account details such as your email address with us. We never receive your Google password.
Mom Loves It Here uses artificial intelligence to personalize planning, rhythm-building, communication, connection, and your Life Right Now view.
When you use an AI feature, the relevant information you've provided is sent securely through the app's AI infrastructure to the AI provider so it can generate a personalized response. Depending on the request, that may include household/family context, children's first names or nicknames and ages, your Vision, Seasonal Priorities, work/career context, faith preference (if you turned it on), life circumstances you've shared such as pregnancy or postpartum, relevant saved plans, relevant Hold This for Me items, your current request, and files or images you attached to that request. Not everything is sent with every request — only what's relevant.
The app is configured to ask the AI model provider not to store these requests where that option is supported. We can't promise that every infrastructure provider keeps nothing at all, but we choose settings that limit retention.
Mom Loves It Here does not keep a separate history of the raw prompts sent to AI. AI-generated content is stored when a feature needs it — for example, plans you save, drafts in progress, or Your Life Right Now.
We rely on a small number of providers, each receiving information only as needed to do its job:
We do not sell your personal information for money, and the current product does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Card and payment details are entered into and processed by Stripe. Mom Loves It Here does not store full card numbers in its database. We do keep membership details — such as subscription status, trial and billing dates, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers — to run your membership, prevent free-trial misuse, keep business records, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
We keep a few simple product-use events: whether the app was active on a given day, whether an AI tool successfully produced a result and which of the four tools it was, and whether checkout was started. This system is deliberately designed not to store your prompts, AI responses, family details, Vision, notes, payment information, or any other freeform content.
Optional speech-to-text uses your browser's or device's built-in speech capability. We don't intentionally store the audio recording; the resulting text is treated just like text you typed. Your browser or device provider may process audio under its own technology and privacy practices.
When you choose to share a plan or hand off a task, you may give us another person's email address and the task or note details so we can deliver the message or reminder you asked for. Please only share someone's contact information when you have an appropriate reason to.
Mom Loves It Here is for adults 18 and older. It isn't designed for children to create or use accounts. As a parent, you may choose to share limited information about your children — such as a first name or nickname, age, schedules, needs, or family context — so planning and family features can be personalized. That information stays part of your account and is handled as described in this policy.
We use reasonable safeguards, including authenticated accounts, row-level database access controls so each account can reach only its own data, server-side authorization checks for protected features, and server-side management of secret keys. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your app content is generally kept while your account exists, unless you delete individual items, start over, or delete your account. After account deletion, we may keep limited records when reasonably necessary for payment, accounting, and tax records; preventing fraud or free-trial misuse; security; resolving disputes; or complying with legal obligations. Stripe independently keeps financial records under its own legal and operational requirements.
You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete my account (if you have an active subscription, you'll be asked to cancel it first). Deletion permanently removes your sign-in account, your profile and saved app content (plans, notes, drafts, Hold This for Me items), your shared items — including recipient emails and reminders, so previously shared links stop showing that content — and your product-use analytics events. Limited membership records (such as subscription status, dates, and Stripe identifiers) are kept for the reasons above. Deleting your Mom Loves It Here account does not necessarily erase records Stripe is required or permitted to keep.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in a reasonable way appropriate to the service, such as a notice in the app, and update the effective date above.
